If your ticket looks like “TICKET SAMPLE B” : PAY HERE
All City of Berwyn citations are due within 10 days of issuance. If the citation is not paid a late fee will be assessed. If it is still not paid within 60 days, it will be turned over to Municipal Collection Services LLC to collect the debt.

Berwyn Police Department Municipal Court
Effective March 6, 2025 all Berwyn Municipal Court hearings for police related matters will follow a new schedule:
THURSDAYS (3PM- Compliance & Local Ordinance & 5PM- Parking)
All police court hearings will take place at the Berwyn Police Department: 6401 W. 31st Street (Enter through Front Lobby)
*Note: Building court will remain at City Hall

Note: If the fine is not paid within the time frame stated on the ticket, the fine will duplicate to $200.
If the citation is still unpaid after 60 days, it will be turned over to Municipal Collection Services LLC to collect the debt.
Tickets may also be paid in person at the police station during business hours.
