PARKING ENFORCEMENT
- The City of Berwyn is residential only parking on all public streets from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, seven days a week.
- Certain streets have more stringent residential restrictions. Please familiarize yourself with all signage in the area where you are attempting to park.
- Visitors need Visitor Passes affixed to their front windshield and properly filled out to legally park their vehicles overnight on public streets
- Visitor Passes can be purchased at City Hall or The Berwyn Police Department during normal business hours. Only residents can purchase visitor passes.
- All vehicles that are registered to a Berwyn address must have a current valid City Sticker affixed to the front windshield.
- City Stickers are sold at City Hall or online on the City of Berwyn website.
- All permit parking lot passes are sold at City Hall. ( Vacin Fairway, Depot, Commuter, Business, and parking garage)
- Street cleaning occurs all year round. Street cleaning restrictions are from 9am-4pm
- Parking citations can be paid online HERE
- If you owe $250 or more in unpaid Parking citations you are eligible for the Barnacle or Denver boot immobilization devices.
- Pre-assigned court dates are given on all citations. If you would like to contest the citation, court takes place at the Berwyn Police Department every Thursday: 3:00 PM (Compliance & Local Ordinance Tickets) and 5:00 PM (Parking Tickets).
